Shipping destinations

The majority of our clients are from the USA, so we send our products there. Also, we ship to various locations and regions, for instance, to Europe, India, South Africa and Asia. 

Shipping time

Typically, shipping time is 5 to 17 days, depending on the destination, shipping company, and customs delays.

For the USA, it takes 7–14 business days.

For Europe, Asia, and Canada, it takes 5–12 business days.

For South Africa, it takes 8–17 business days.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number, which lets you track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it safely arrives at final destination.

Paying for Your Order

When you choose the prepayment among payment methods, our manager will reach out to you to confirm payment, and then an invoice will be provided for payment of the placed order.

How long does payment processing take?

The money transfers process within 2 to 3 business days from the date you give us notice that the transfer has been made. Upon confirmed completion of the transaction, your purchase will be shipped within 24 hours after completing that process.

Shipping Delays

International air mail delivery time includes the time required to clear customs in your country plus the time required to get an item shipped along the way. You can check your Order History in your account to see how many business days have passed since you placed an order. Keep in mind that it will ship within 15 business days.

Non-delivered orders

One of two things occurred, and you didn’t receive the order are the following:

1. It may have been lost in transit

If you haven’t received your order or notification of your seizure order at customs after 30 days, contact us with your order number on our Contact Us page. Once we have confirmed that you did not receive that order, we will reship it to you.

2. The customs control may have seized the order

If it happened, forward a scanned copy of the seizure letter from Customs & Excise to our email address.

Reshipping

We understand that when you buy from us, you prefer the delivery to be as quick as possible.

The problem is that your customs authority might get suspicious and start checking all parcels that come to your shipping address. That’s why it can be delayed if you’re receiving anabolic steroids from us regularly.

Also, before a shipment is exported from its native country, it must pass through export control customs. The control customs authorities might suspect something and retain your product at export if we continuously send shipments to your address with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks.
